Shahrzad Changalvaee was born in 1983, she studied graphic design at Tehran university, college of Fine Arts. Then in 2015, she graduated from Yale School of Art, this time majoring in Sculpture.One of her latest works, exhibited in 2019 in The Chimney NYC, is called “ In Absentia, In Effigie”. The installation is made out of a pond filled with water and photos chosen by the artist. There is also a printer which is printing and adding on to the pond .www.shahrzad.ch
