Mohammad Keyvan ( was born in 1989, Tehran). He graduated in Graphic design from the Kamal-al-Molk School of Art and received his BA in painting at the University of Art, Tehran. 
In his complex, large-scale paintings, numerous references might be found to the issues of contemporary society, scientific endeavors, conflicts, etc.; which have generally been combined with the allusions to the history of art. A combination of picture planes and diverse painting modes is the characteristic of his work. His art makes extensive references to art history and the methods of visual expression and deconstruction, juxtaposing these in innovative pictorial spaces. ( Text from Iranshahr Gallery )
