What does virtual collaboration look like without words? How do we interpret visual art through sound? And how do we interpret sound through visual art?

Two artists come from different practices: Dan Taro is a musician and Nourhan Maayouf is a visual artist. Both break from their own artistic practices by interpreting the medium of the other. Their collaboration has taken form in a wordless digital exchange. The parameters are to engage in the other's artistic process, communicating with only visual and sonic messages. Together, they explore the intersections of visual art and sound, inspiring each other through their practice while pushing themselves to work in new and unexpected ways.
